What this product claims a social network can do is checked against that network's own documentation and against the product actually doing it, not against what competitors advertise. This page explains how, so you can check our work.
Platform capability research
Whether an action is offered on a network is decided by two things: what the provider publishes in its own developer documentation, and whether the product can reproducibly perform the action against a live account. Marketing claims from other tools count for nothing. This is why direct messages are offered on some networks and not others, and why that answer changes when a provider ships a new endpoint rather than when it would be convenient for us.
Buyer and market evidence
Every market finding carries its source, the date it was retrieved, the sample it came from, and who paid for it. A statistic from a vendor about its own category is not the same kind of fact as a platform's own documentation, and the two are not mixed together. Where the honest answer is that nobody has published a reliable number, that is what gets recorded rather than the most quotable estimate available.
How claims reach a public page
Reusable public claims live in a reviewed registry that records what evidence class each one rests on: something proven by the source, something proven by the product's own behavior, or a receipt from real usage. A claim that has not cleared its bar cannot be rendered on the site at all, which is enforced in code rather than by remembering.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, send a source-backed correction to support@magnetiq.cloud. Reviewed changes appear in the changelog with the date they changed, so a correction is visible rather than quietly edited in. Platform capabilities in particular move, and a page that was right in May can be wrong by August.
