What the subscription includes
Posts written from what your business knows, published to the accounts you connect once you approve them. The replies worth your attention are sorted and brought to you with the context of what the person actually said. Support is included on every plan, from a person, not a queue. There is no separate charge for the writing, the publishing or the conversations; it is one subscription.
What changes by plan
How many separate businesses you can run, how many social accounts you can connect, and how many posts you get each month. Every limit is shown in full before you pay, and you can see what you are using at any time. Nothing is metered invisibly and no plan quietly stops working once you pass a threshold.
Commercial terms
Billed monthly, no annual lock-in. Cancel yourself from the Billing page whenever you want, without emailing anyone to ask permission. If the first charge was a mistake, ask within 14 days and you get it back.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. You can run it on your own business and see what it would actually write for you, using your real details, without entering a card. That matters more than a feature list: the only useful question is whether the writing is good enough for you to put your name on, and you can answer that before spending anything.
What happens if I need to pause?
Cancel and come back. What it has learned about your business stays, so restarting does not mean starting over. There is no reactivation charge and no penalty for having left.
